30-Minute Punctuality Promise
If your driver is more than 30 minutes late for a Confirmed Pickup Time (excluding delays you cause, traffic incidents, or force majeure), the trip is free.
Fair Cancellations
Cancel in writing (WhatsApp, email, or platform) — we confirm every cancellation back to you. Long-distance, tours, chauffeur and event bookings may attract a reasonable charge based on notice given. After dispatch or a no-show, 100% of the fare is retained.
Free Flight Tracking
Share your flight number and we track it. Free waiting time: 60 min on international arrivals, 30 min on domestic, 20 min on all other pickups. Miss your flight? Tell us before dispatch and we rebook free, subject to availability.
Fixed Price. No Surge. Ever.
The price confirmed at booking is fixed and includes standard fuel and tolls for the agreed route. Prepay by card, instant EFT, or a secure link - no cash is handled in-vehicle.
Generous Luggage Allowance
One suitcase (max 23 kg) plus one item of hand luggage per passenger as standard. Luggage trailer available on request at R400 per trip. Wheelchairs and mobility aids travel free - please disclose at booking.
Corporate Accounts
Approved corporate accounts get monthly invoicing on agreed terms, a Pay-Now link on every invoice, and a dedicated WhatsApp booking line for their team.
